My Gratitude Tip That Actually WORKS!

April 11th, 2021

We hear it all the time, don't we? We hear about how we should be practicing gratitude to help us think more positively and to uplift us when we're feeling down.

However, it doesn't always work, right? Actually, it almost NEVER works for most people...wouldn't you agree?

So I asked myself why I thought that is.

I asked myself, why does everyone recommend a gratitude practice when it hardly ever works?

I analyzed what I personally do differently, which makes it work so well for me.

Then, I found the answer...

I realized that no one really teaches us the best way to practice gratitude (including myself).

So, that's when I sat down and asked myself what the missing piece was, and why I thought so many people have a hard time making it work for them.

I looked at what I was doing differently that makes it work so well for me, and I wanted to share my tip with you in today's podcast episode.

This One Thing Helped Me When I Was Feeling Depressed

September 13th, 2020

When depression hits, it hits you HARD! Depression can make everything seem nearly impossible to do -- including, doing even the simplest of things like brushing your teeth, thinking positive, or feeling grateful for what you have.

One day, I was feeling depressed for no reason at all, when I realized that all I needed was one thing to make life feel worth living for.

In this week's episode, I share the one thing that I did that made all the difference. This one thing made it possible for me to see other possibilities in my life, and feel extremely grateful for everything in my life.

As I say in this episode, "my heart exploded" when I did this one thing, and I hope it does the same for you.
