This One Thing Helped Me When I Was Feeling Depressed

When depression hits, it hits you HARD! Depression can make everything seem nearly impossible to do -- including, doing even the simplest of things like brushing your teeth, thinking positive, or feeling grateful for what you have.

One day, I was feeling depressed for no reason at all, when I realized that all I needed was one thing to make life feel worth living for. 

In this week's episode, I share the one thing that I did that made all the difference. This one thing made it possible for me to see other possibilities in my life, and feel extremely grateful for everything in my life. 

As I say in this episode, "my heart exploded" when I did this one thing, and I hope it does the same for you.

When You Feel Like Giving Up

We struggle financially, in our relationships, having stressful jobs, kids...sometimes life can feel almost impossible to manage, and that's when we sometimes feel like giving up.

When things don't work out as planned, or when something unexpected happens to us, our first thought is to just give up and stop trying.

But I want to change that for you today.
